Payment Agreement

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Digital Glitz, in advance of the time period/services provided.
All fees payable in US dollars.
Money Order purchase will be administered once received.
Check orders will be administered when check clears the bank.
If applicable, payments or payments by credit card will be accepted via PayPal and subject to Paypal's Terms..

Digital Glitz reserves the right to change fees at anytime for any services, maintenance service and any other charges not specifically listed here.

Cancellation Agreement

Digital Glitz reserves the right to cancel any service and/or maintenance account at any time with or without prior notice.

Customers may cancel at any time. There are NO refunds on updates for time blocks already used. Refund requests for website updates/maintenance will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time block via method of payment used by client. Cancellations must be done in writing via email with email address on record.
